We are very flexible in our program as we are looking for high character individuals and families that deserve a chance to become responsible homeowners.

Before completing the rest of this form, please make sure that you have reviewed the pictures, video tour (if applicable) and financial requirements of the home(s) you would like to see. If you do not have the minimum down payment for the home, please understand that we will not meet you at the home. Instead we will schedule a personal meeting with one of our home representatives at our offices so we can help provide you with options that may be better suited for you. Not having the required minimum down payment does not necessarily disqualify you for the home in question but we will need to meet with you at our offices first to find out more information.
