Our primary mission is very simple. We are in business to create responsible homeowners - plain and simple. The more homeowners we create the more fulfillment we feel as a company and the more profitable we are so we are extremely motivated to help many residents of the Piedmont Triad, NC acheive their goal of responsible homeownership. While we want to create homeowners, we are looking to take it a step further and that is why we emphasize "responsible homeowners!"

Over the past few years, we have witnessed the negative impact of foreclosures, job loss and a severe market downturn. Such events have exposed the problem many Americans have and that is extreme debt, poor financial management and a lack of significant savings. Our Homeownership Program focuses on three major areas - 1) CREDIT RESTORATION AND REHABILITATION; 2) FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT; and 3) PERSONAL COACHING! We don't believe in gimmicks - we believe in good old-fashioned work ethic, knowledge and the application of that knowledge. If you occupy one of our lease to own homes* or participate in our Homeownership Program, we will work on creating a solid foundation for you so that you and your family can actually build something for your future. NO BILL YOU HAVE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAT YOUR OWN BILL - SAVING FOR THE FUTURE! We will help you establish and maintain this important fact!

However, in the midst of this uncertainty, is opportunity.  For those that are willing to sacrifice and make the necessary changes, adversity can be the opportunity to change your life and/or your situation. As a real estate company, we have certainly been affected by the economy and this has forced us to change our processes but one thing remains the same, MPI wants to be the answer for those that really want to help themselves. Despite some adverse affects, the state of the economy has forced us to change things and change things for the better.
